I saw this LV show when it was released. Loved it then. Love it now. Jimin in that suit.The airplane buttons. Hobi's suit of semi-African fabric & red shoes. Tae-Tae looking like a regular beautiful man in a red shirt and red tie. JK rising. And the plaid coat on Jin - to die for.
It's interesting to see what expresses and fits these men and what does not quite. Joon doesn't like his own personal look. He submits to stylists. Jimin, on the other hand, leans into the sexy, slightly gangster-ish vibe. Very Busan. Jin has always had money, but I think he hasn't quite found his own taste. He does look wonderful in that coat. V is naturally conservative and looks sleek in anything anyone throws on him. He's also very easy to photograph, from any angle. JK doesn't quite know who he is yet. His look is very all-purpose. His right arm fully tatted up. Suga (I think) is not a clothes guy. But in "Haegeum" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iy9qZR_OGa0) he looks very comfortable both in the loose silk shirt and the natty black suit. Maybe he's just ambivalent about money. Hobi - so pleased with his physical self. Taehyung says the guy runs around naked after a shower - wants to air dry. That suit might look ridiculous on someone else. Not on Hobi.
Q: Which of those LV outfits does #2 like best? I know he finds himself good-looking, so it doesn't surprise me that he wants to wear a suit. He does look fab in it. (Tell him I said so.) The fabric is so beautiful as are the buttons. The sleeves are set in as beautifully as Jimin's.
